Meliden Community Association Receives Award

We are all very proud to receive a commendation from the Lord High Sheriff in recognition of the work done by the Association to reopen the Community Centre.

It was unexpected but very rewarding for all the steady work that has been done since Covid.  Seeing the pleasure that has been brought to all ages in our community events speaks for itself. Our band of volunteers who work incessantly and unselfishly to make things happen deserve a huge “thank you”, as do our group leaders and committee members.
