TAI QI-QIGONG WITH RHIANNON
Do you feel that you would like to be fitter and more flexible but don’t want to join a gym or take on a vigorous exercise programme?
If so, Tai Qi-Qigong could be just what you are looking for.
Rhiannon has been holding classes, in the Meliden and Prestatyn area, since 1999. The exercises and movements are slow, gentle and controlled. They involve deep breathing and breath control. Suitable for all ages and states of fitness, they can also be done sitting down if you feel standing for long a bit of a problem.
Tai Qi-Qigong is a very ancient Chinese form of exercise which dates back over four thousand years. It is similar to yoga but does not involve sitting or lying on the floor so it is ideal for anyone with mobility problems.
Rhiannon has been practising Tai Qi-Qigong for over thirty years and has been holding classes in the Prestatyn area since 1989. Beginners are always welcome because the movements are fairly easy to do and the benefits of regular practise are wonderfully rejuvenating. Tai Qi-Qigong could totally change the quality of your life.
